It means that either drug education is not working or people are still turning to drugs for stress relief, pleasure, or addiction.
One of the most dangerous and most addictive drugs in circulation in Illinois and around the United States is crystal methamphetamine, also known as “ice” and simply “meth.” This drug has similar properties as cocaine but is much more potent. Reported use of crystal methamphetamine has grown significantly over the past couple of years and it is likely that its low street price is a major reason for this.
